After the beauty bloggers took on testing the new P.S range and put their results to the Internet, I thought I’d weigh in.
Now, beauty bloggers like Jordan Lipscombe and Kaushal Beauty have tried a wide variety of the products from Primark but, I only invested in a few to test before I buy a bunch.
My Mum and I spent a lot of time in a store swatching pretty much everything and seeing if there was any hype behind the cosmetics range. The highlighters are stunning, bronzers a tad ashy and eye shadows lack pigment.
But, the things I fell in love with were the Velvet Matte Lipstick Crayons (for £2), Precious Metals Liquid Eye shadow (again £2) and Bronze range Body Bronzer (which I think was £4).
Pictured from top to bottom are the crayons in Brown, Pink and Hustle. Running down all three is the liquid eye shadow in Molten Gold – which could very easily be used as a liquid highlighter or even a funky lip paint.
The lipsticks are soft, creamy and last a while. The colours are stunning and the price is incomparable! The eye shadow is beyond beautiful and literally looks like rich, melted gold on the skin, fit for a Goddess like you.
The Bronze collection caught my eye as a lover of nudes and browns in cosmetics. I wasn’t too sure about some of the products but the Body Bronzer was glistening and caught my eye. Unfortunately, all of the glitter is only on the top and quickly goes as soon as you use the product but, it does add a beautiful shine and great depth – it also photographs great. One downside is that it smells a little like plastic.
Have you tried the P.S collection? Is there something I should try? #PSMakeup
